What is a "Lever Switch"?
This is a mechanical switch that uses the lever principle, controlling the circuit connection state by manually moving or toggling a long lever.
• Working Principle: The lever arm detects the movement or position of an external object. When an external force contacts and pushes the lever, it triggers a precise and sensitive internal "snap-action" mechanism, instantly switching the circuit on or off.
• Characteristics:
o Momentary Action: The switch returns to its original state as soon as the lever leaves the contacting object.
o High Amplification: The lever design amplifies minute movements.
o High Consumption: Due to the contactless or extremely low-force sensing, it typically has high mechanical consumption.
• Common Applications:
o Applied Products: Mixers, audio/video equipment.
